Our Story
Established in 2012, Three 17 Construction, LLC is a commercial general contractor providing services throughout New Jersey and New York areas. Based in East Rutherford NJ, the company offers a full range of construction services from initial project planning, value engineering, project estimating, scheduling and creative planning for owners and developers taking projects from initial concepts to completion.
Three 17 Construction brings to the client a wealth of construction experience with Estimators, Project Managers, Field Superintendents, and office support staff averaging over 30 years of experience in varied types of construction projects.
We pride ourselves on having excellent relationships with our customers, as well as our highly experienced subcontractors. Our honesty, transparency, and high level of service has resulted in customers retaining our services on multiple projects at various facilities.

Our Founders
Here at Three 17 Construction, our staff averages 30 years of experience in the commercial, retail, and industrial construction industry. All our employees share a meticulous attention to detail. We take pride in offering effective and innovative approaches to each project, while striving to keep our clients informed and engaged throughout the process. Through our collaborative efforts, we display a commitment to excellence that is evident in everything we do. Michael Saraceno

President
Michael Saraceno has led the operational side of Three 17 since co-founding the company in 2012. After a successful career on Wall Street, he joined a New Jersey-based general contracting firm in 2010, where he worked closely with both the financial and construction teams. There, he met Rocco Orlando, and the two partnered to establish Three 17. As President of Operations, Michael oversees the company's internal operations, finance, and client development. He works closely with both existing and prospective clients to ensure strong relationships and seamless execution across all phases of the business.

Head of Construction
Rocco Orlando has led the construction side of Three 17 since co-founding the company in 2012. With over 35 years of industry experience, he brings deep expertise in both construction management and architectural design, having been a licensed architect in New Jersey since 1994. As Head of Construction, Rocco oversees all project execution from initial planning through final delivery, working closely with the Project Management team to ensure precision and quality at every stage. He is committed to building strong relationships not only with clients, but also with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver a successfully executed project.
