Project Description
The 4 & 6 Campus Drive project involved the extensive renovation of two existing office buildings located in Parsippany, NJ. The goal was to modernize and upgrade the buildings to meet Class A office standards. Scope of work included complete lobby renovations, featuring contemporary design finishes and improved lighting, along with upgraded corridors and restrooms to enhance the tenant and visitor experience. Additional improvements to public spaces were made to ensure consistency and elevate the overall functionality and aesthetic appeal.
