Project Description
This state-of-the-art industrial warehouse was constructed using insulated, load-bearing precast concrete wall panels in combination with a robust steel frame structure. The design prioritizes long-term durability, thermal performance, and rapid construction timelines — ideal for fast-paced industrial and logistics operations.
The facility includes 15 high-capacity loading docks and one oversized overhead door with a concrete ramp, including one oversized dock to accommodate a range of freight vehicles and distribution needs. This layout ensures efficient material handling and streamlined logistics.
A 5,500 sq. ft. mezzanine office space is fully integrated within the warehouse, offering a dedicated area for administrative and management functions without sacrificing valuable floor space. This built-in solution enhances coordination and operational efficiency across all departments.
