This comprehensive redevelopment project transformed a 420,000 sq. ft. shopping center into a modern, inviting retail destination. As General Contractor, our firm managed the full renovation of both the building and surrounding site, with a focus on enhancing visual appeal, accessibility, and customer experience.
A key element of the project was the creation of an entirely new façade design, replacing outdated exteriors with a sleek, contemporary look that elevates the center's curb appeal and provides a more welcoming atmosphere for visitors. Architectural services were provided by CASCO, working in partnership with Levin Management, the project owner and client.
Significant site improvements were made throughout the property, including upgraded landscaping, improved traffic flow, and a fully renovated parking lot—ensuring better functionality and convenience for both tenants and shoppers.
The redevelopment also introduced thoughtfully designed outdoor public spaces, offering inviting areas where guests can relax, gather, and engage with the retail environment beyond traditional storefronts.
This revitalized shopping center now serves as a vibrant community hub, blending modern design, improved infrastructure, and customer-focused enhancements to meet the evolving needs of today's retail landscape.
