Project Description

As General Contractor, our firm managed the ground-up construction of a brand-new, two-story retail building totaling 28,500 sq. ft. at Festival Plaza Shopping Center in Edison, NJ. The project involved delivering a modern, standalone retail structure within an active shopping center, requiring close coordination to ensure minimal disruption and seamless integration with existing tenants.

Developed for Feldman & Associates, with Tricarico Architecture and Design serving as the architect, the building was designed to accommodate a variety of retail uses across its two full floors, offering flexibility for multiple tenants and future adaptability.

The project also included comprehensive site improvements, such as upgraded infrastructure, improved pedestrian and vehicle access, and enhancements to surrounding circulation areas—contributing to the overall functionality and appeal of the shopping center.

With its contemporary design, efficient layout, and strategic placement, the new building strengthens Festival Plaza's position as a dynamic retail destination in a high-traffic commercial corridor.
