Project Description
1 & 2 Jericho Plaza project involved the extensive renovation of two existing office buildings located in Jericho, NY. The goal was to modernize and upgrade the buildings to meet Class A office standards. Scope of work included complete lobby renovations, featuring contemporary design finishes and improved lighting, along with upgraded corridors and restrooms to enhance the tenant and visitor experience.
