Project Description

Serving as General Contractor, we led the interior modernization of New York Life's 17,000 sq. ft. office located in White Plains, NY. This project focused on updating existing commercial office spaces to create a more functional, efficient, and visually appealing workplace environment.

Completed for New York Life, with architectural design by James A. Gaddis, Architect, P.C., the renovation introduced updated layouts and contemporary finishes throughout the office. Energy-efficient lighting systems were installed to enhance illumination and comfort while reducing operational costs.

The redesign included dedicated spaces for leadership and staff, featuring private executive suites, managing partner offices, and agent work areas tailored to support productivity and collaboration. Additionally, purpose-built conference rooms and training facilities were integrated to facilitate meetings, agent development, and ongoing professional growth.

This project successfully delivered a modernized office environment that aligns with New York Life's commitment to excellence and supports the evolving needs of its team in Westchester County.
