Project Description

The multi-family development project involved the creation of 60 luxury apartments strategically placed above vibrant street-level retail spaces. The project required collaboration from the initial stages, where we acted as both the general contractor and the owner's representative, ensuring a seamless execution from concept through completion.

Each apartment was designed to offer modern, upscale living with attention to detail in every aspect, from custom-built kitchens to expansive windows that flood the interiors with natural light. The street-level retail spaces were carefully curated to attract a diverse range of businesses, contributing to the liveliness and convenience of the community.
